Can you store my items?If your new home isn't ready as quickly as you had hoped for, Sugar House Moving & Storage can provide storage for your household goods. We have two options for you to choose from. We can perform our full service storage option where we come in and do all the work for you.

Well, mainly those things you might expect - drugs, alcohol, weapons, ammunition. Generally speaking, dispose of all flammable items, liquids, and foods. Anything that can deteriorate should not be shipped. Moving certain high value items or collections may require you to purchase extra valuation coverage. If you have a question about something, just call and talk with your moving consultant or please visit our Non Allowable List.
Can I leave my clothes in their drawers?
Yes, you can. Just be sure not to leave any high value items or solid items that can damage the piece.

How long will Sugar House Moving & Storage take to pack my goods?
Every home is different but we can normally perform our full service packing service in 1 to 2 days.
Suppose I choose to pack myself?
That's just fine. But please be aware of some potential problems. For instance, valuation coverage will not pay out on goods packed by their owner, unless the exterior of the box is damaged. Remember to use proper packing material to protect your delicate items.
